I have always loved the way antique and reverse black and white photos look-artsy and mysterious, they are such fun to look at. I am putting alot of time into getting the look right...

I have to say that I love taking portraits of my kids- they are such awesome subjects when everything comes together and I can freeze them for a moment in time-easier said then done given they love to move at lightspeed....here are some of my favorites of late....

I am convinced that when I look back on my earlier work I will cringe at how "amateur" it looks- nothing ventured, nothing gained I guess!

just starting out

I have always loved photography. My interest really increased when I received my first 35mm camera at 16- it was a minolta af5000, and while I still have it, I now have a fujifilm hs10 and am starting to play in the world of digital photography! My style leans to the artsy- many hours are spent on elements turning normal pictures into creative renditions, ranging from color selection to lomo style pictures. Basically, I just like to play with the editing process to see where it takes me. I love the story a photo can convey...
